Justin Gorman – Chief Executive Officer

Justin Gorman is a young serial entrepreneur who founded his first company in college while playing Division I football at the University of Colorado. With 10+ years’ experience in both large and small companies Justin provides strategic visions and co-authors plans to scale growth alongside portfolio company directors. Justin’s strategic strengths lie within mergers, acquisitions and new business development. Core tenants of Justin’s philosophy are to lead by example, demonstrate extreme ownership principles, work hard, and create win/win partnerships.

Kelsey heisey – Chief operating Officer

Kelsey Heisey is a business executive who specializes in process improvement, project management, problem solving and organizational development. She’s been driving operational efficiency for 10+ years; as well as, involved in leading in a non-profit environment and coaching settings. Graduating from Messiah University as a 3-time Soccer National Champion with a Bachelor’s degree in accounting and minor in leadership, Kelsey loves to teach, train and coach others. Ultimately, Kelsey desires to boost confidence, develop new skills in others and help bring efficiencies to business processes.

sherri gorman – Chief financial Officer

Sherri Gorman is a successful financial leader with a proven track record of growth over the past 40+ years and a National Champion, 1,000+ point scorer in basketball from Elizabethtown College. She specializes in negotiating contracts, maintaining consistent P&Ls and future financial planning. She’s been an integral leader of taking a family business and thriving through the 3rd generation transition. That success and growth has provided her the opportunity of launching KGH Synergies and laying the foundation for the generations following her. Sherri is routed in hard work and discipline. This is evident in the way she spends her time and the priorities she keeps. Sherri is driven by investing in future generations and coming along side young people to pull out the best in them, both in personal and professional ways.
